Extended Family è una serie commedia statunitense, composta da una stagione di 13 episodi, ideata da Mike O’Malley, prodotta da Lionsgate Television, Universal Television, Werner Entertainment, distribuita su NBC dal 23 dicembre 2023.

 
Creata da Mike O’ Malley, attore e sceneggiatore visto in Glee e più di recente in Heels di cui è stato anche ideatore, Extended Family segue Cryer nei panni di Jim, un uomo che divorzia dalla moglie Julia (Spencer) ma accetta di continuare a vivere nella stessa casa con lei per crescere i loro due figli insieme, rimanendo a turno insieme a loro. L’accordo si complica, però, quando Julia inizia a frequentare il proprietario della squadra sportiva preferita di Jim, Trey, patron dei Boston Celtics e laureato al MIT che riesce a conquistare il cuore di Julia. Il cast include anche Finn Sweeney (Impeachment: American Crime Story) e l’esordiente Sofia Capanna.
